Five plates, France, marked Sevres, flat plate, central rosette surrounded by laurel garland and cobalt blue ground, adjoining polychrome painting with flower tendrils of loosely bound flowers, including roses running below the cobalt blue rim, ornamental gilding, tws. bumped and restored in places, rubbed gold in places, Ø 25 cm, probably from the service for Napoleon’s mother, Laetitia Bonaparte (Madame Mère), c. 1802.
