About 1933. oil/canvas, monogrammed WF lower right, 21 x 26 cm, framed under passepartout 45 x 32,5 cm, passepartout cut-out 25,5 x 20 cm, unopened.- Hadré 1316, Hadré, Focke, ill. p. 89.- Conny Edzard (1898 – 1962) worked from 1923 as a single-flight pilot for the Bremer Flugzeugbau AG of Henrich Focke. He became famous as a flight pioneer when he succeeded in staying in the air for 52 hours and 22 minutes in a Junkers W 33 in 1927 – at that time a record for endurance flight and an endurance test for the first transatlantic flight. The painter Dietz Edzard was his brother.
