Homfeld, Claus. 1933 – Bremen – 2019. cat. 1992. bronze, patinated. Signed u. dated CHomfeld 62 on the underside of the tail, h. 45 cm, mounted on red granite stele, overall h. 177 cm.- Homfeld added a copper sculpture to the Ottjen-Alldag fountain, created in 1733 in the Bremen Schnoor and moved in 1963, which was mounted on a building wall behind the fountain. Part of this sculpture is a cat, similar in shape to the present one.
