Central bronze eagle holding a lightning bundle, on pedestal with surrounding border (added?) laterally inkwells, bronze gilded (rubbed, one glass inlay missing). Marble plinth green marble with white marbling, on three bronze feet, bumped, 28 x 15 x 19 cm.
