Ruchst, Sciences Nouvelles, depiction of various aviators- so bird, elf and airplane, white cast iron variously patinated, in the base an airplane engine, footed on reddish brown marble disc, champagne colored dial with black arabic numerals. Dial with black arab. numerals, polychrome floral painting, gilded bezel, faceted glass in pearlized glass rim, h. 68cm. Diameter foot 29cm, plus two side plates as vases, pictured a tethered balloon, h. 50cm
