2-colored marble table clock, 2nd half 19th cent, marked “Vaucel a`Paris”, black/white marble with gilt bronze applications, slightly chipped, lateral medusa heads in a rhombus, crowned by a vase with pine cones, set on gilt roundels, white enamel dial with black Roman numerals and revolving date display, slightly hairline cracked, gilt hands, faceted, domed glass in patterned, gilt glass rim, French round movement with 1/2 hour disc striking mechanism with 1/2 hour disc strike. Round movement with 1/2 hour disk striking mechanism on bell, pendulum missing, 39 x 21 x 13cm
