Beer jug with pewter mount,Villeroy & Boch Mettlach, late 19th century Earthenware with relief incised motif of St. Florian extinguishing a fire in a town, handle in the shape of a dragon’s body, thumb rest in the shape of the dragon’s head, pewter lid in relief, mounted with a fireman (probably bronze). Mettlach mark and model number 1786 on the base. h. 36 cm
