Figure pendulum, firegilt, marked ” Ernst Sommer – Bremen”, 2nd half 19th century, young man leaning on a clock drum, richly decorated with floral objects and rocailles, white enamel dial with black Roman numerals and blued Breguet hands, French clockwork with 1/2 hour disc strike movement on a gong chair, with hook escapement and 1/2 hour disc strike movement on a clay spring. Round movement with 1/2 hour disk striking mechanism on bell, movement starts, 33 x 34 x 14cm
