Ship’s chronometer by Dent London, chronometer maker to the Queen, no. 2814, according to the National Maritime Museum from 1860, mahogany case, at the end sailed on the MV Doulos, before that on the ”Medins”, to the clock from the collecting captain a lot of !!! literature enclosed, clock with gimbal suspension, silvered dial with black Roman numerals and blued hands, small second at 6 o’clock, power reserve indicator below 12 o’clock, movement with chronometer escapement, balance bearing with diamond, torsion balance spring, bimetallic balance, winding via barrel, chain and fusee, movement running, case with brass handles on the sides, 16 x 17 x 17cm
