Portal clock, 1st half 19th century, black marble with gilt bronze applications, tapered columns with profiled bases and capitals, the roof chipped, crowned with a moon on a crescent, set on pressed gilt roundels, white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, slightly hairline cracked, blued Breguet hands, broad gilt bezel with floral pattern, French round movement with 1/2 hour disc striking mechanism with 1/2 hour disc strike. Round movement with 1/2 hour disk striking mechanism on bell, starts, 47 x 24 x 8cm
