Very large figural pendulum, France 2nd half 19th century, marked L`Aviation, inscribed ”E.Picault” in the metal casting, man with wings on symbols of aviation, one spike on the anchor broken but present, red/brown marble base, champagne-colored dial with black arab. Dial with black Arabic numerals and polychrome floral tendril painting, blackened hands, flat faceted glass with gilded beaded glass rim, French round movement with 1/2 hour disc strike. Round movement with 1/2 hour disc striking mechanism on bell, movement starts, 84 x 50 x 30cm
