A magnificent sapphire and diamond brooch, circa 1890, GG 585/000 and silver, unmarked, tested, with an excellent antique-cut faceted sapphire 1.45 ct in a very fine intense blue, highly transparent and with 52 old-cut diamonds, 19 rose-cut diamonds and an octagonal diamond, weighing 8.30 ct fine white-white (G-H) / loupe-clean VVS and a white slightly drop-shaped cultured pearl 10.5 x 9.4 mm, the pendant with pearl is detachably mounted, l. 63 mm, goldsmith’s work, 14.93 g, with appraisal 2024 for 27,360 euros
