Large Crucifixion, a masterfully composed, multi-figured scene, with the figures mentioned in the various Gospels depicted in four groups beneath the high crosses, including the mourning Mary with John, the Roman soldiers around Longinus and Stephaton, a group of horsemen in the background and those throwing dice for Jesus’ clothes.
