Alfred Beier-Red (1902-2001), five original drawings by the important German caricaturist, he mainly worked for the communist press, such as ”Die Rote Post”, ”Die Rote Fahne” etc., to protect himself from reprisals he usually signed with the pseudonym ”Red”. He was a co-founder of the ”Association of Revolutionary Visual Artists” and from 1946 he worked mainly for ”Neues Deutschland”. His prints and drawings are represented in the German Historical Museum, among others, but are rarely found on the market. Five ink drawings from the 1950s – 1970s on the themes of anti-communism, war, the Springer press, the Leipzig Peace Fair and armaments, each signed and titled, traces of storage, sheet dimensions up to 52 x 40 cm
