Borne Empire pendulum, 1st half 19th century, fire-gilt bronze, the base with a scholar and putto, richly decorated with floral motifs, the top of the clock drum decorated with cornucopias and floral scrolls, black Roman numerals, blued Breguet hands, French round movement with 1/2 hour disc strike on bell, blacked and blackened Breguet hands, French round movement with 1/2 hour disc strike on bell, running. Circular movement with 1/2 hour disc striking mechanism on bell, movement without pendulum and bell, 45 x 23 x 12cm
