A vase clock with side plates, porcelain, indistinctly signed 2nd half 19th century, blue ground with gallant polychrome scene, the vase crowned with a lily, gilded handles to the sides, gilded brass base, champagne-colored dial, black Arabic numerals on the dial face, with black Arabic numerals, the base gilt. Dial with black Arabic numerals, floral polychrome tendril painting, blackened hands, flat faceted glass with gilded beaded glass rim, French round movement with 1/2 hour disc strike. circular movement with 1/2 hour disc striking mechanism on bell, movement running, striking mechanism needs to be overhauled, 68 x 35 x 20cm, with 2 corresponding side plates, height 67cm
