Small lacquer cabinet, Japan c. 1900 (Meiji). Wooden body with reddish lacquer and gold lacquer paintings. Asymmetrically arranged front with 4 drawers and 2 doors. Ornamented sheet copper fittings. The two small drawers top left probably replaced (do not quite fit, but match in terms of color and style). rubbed and bumped, 30 x 26 x 14 cm
