Collection of weapons and ritual objects from Africa, probably Cameroon. 19th/20th c. 6 spears (1 iron with extensive brass inlays) with iron or brass tips, 2 wands (1 burnt), 1 leather quiver painted with 5 arrows, 2 wooden bows, 1 shield leather, 1 frond and 1 fan of peacock feathers. Plus a book ”Black Germany – the making and unmaking for a Diaspora Community 1884-1960” by Robbie Aitken and other documentation. The objects come from the family of Thomas Manga Akwa (mentioned in the book, with photo), Cameroonian and political activist who lived in Germany in the 1910s. Interesting convolute! L. to 177cm
