Large art deco ceiling lamp, France, 1920/30s. Large bronze three-passage frame (very heavy) with garland and mascarons. In the center a fully plastic bronze Hephaistos figure, inscribed ”Musée du Louvre” in the base. Suspension from three rods in cord look, attached to snakes coiled around the chandelier arms. Ceiling teal with balustrated console. Total of 15 flames with candle holders, slightly rubbed & bumped, h. 130/d. 80 cm.
