Lidded box, Italy?, 1st half of 19th c., round lidded box made of tortoise shell? with gold mount/mounting (checked). On the top of the lid a miniature painting behind glass, poychrome on leg plate. Signed/inscribed ”Pinxit (…) Grob 1819 Roma” on the right rim. Minimally bumped, reeded? with small crack (lid), h. 2,8/d. 7,8 cm.
