Untitled [Constructivist composition]. 1923. color lithograph/WT & Co Kent Velin, signed u. dated Florence Henri 1923 in the stone lower left as well as numbered 8/70 lower right with blstft., sheet 50.4 x 35 cm, motif approx. 25 x 21 cm, unframed.- Henri attended the Berlin Art Academy and was a student of Johannes Walter-Kurau from 1922 – 23. During your studies at the Académie Moderne she studied with Fernand Léger and Amédée Ozenfant. In 1927 she turned to Dessau, where she took a summer course at the Bauhaus and studied with Josef Albers, among others. She eventually studied photography with László Moholy-Nagy and opened her photography studio in Paris.
