Allegory of America, Meissen, after 1973, 1st choice, designed by Johann Joachim Kaendler (Fischbach/Saxony 1706 – Meissen 1775) in 1747, from a series of the four continents, America is enthroned on a flower-covered base in the form of a female figure in feathers on a crocodile.
