Scimitar Jambia, probably Yemen circa 1900. Scimitar with central burr, horn handle partly covered with silver plate, corresponding scabbard made of wood, front also covered with floral decorated silver plate and silver filigree, back covered with leather. Comes with carrying belt (addition 2nd h. 20th c.). rubbed & bumped, grip element loose, scabbard tip chipped, dagger in scabbard L 28 cm.
