Pair of Imari plates, China, 18th century, deep moulded plates (soup plates) with lobed lip rim. Decorated in cobalt blue, iron red and gold. In the mirror a circular reserve delimited by a sword pommel border with figural scene in the garden. Bunting with large matching curved cartouches in blue with gold highlights. One plate with small hairline crack in the flag, gold more rubbed, d. 24,5 cm
