Pipe smoker set, Bohemia, c. 1880, majolica, polychrome painted and glazed, partially decorated in gold. A reclining camel with a bag on its back as a container for pipe tobacco (lid missing). A recess at the front as a rest for a pipe, next to it a calyx as a container for matches, the back with a grating surface. With a matching figural meerschaum pipe. Model no. 2448 under the base, slightly rubbed & bumped, tobacco container with a small hairline crack on the back (stable), 13 x 18 x 14 cm
